Music Stars Consider Grammy Awards Boycott

The likes of Justin Timberlake, The White Stripes, Prince, 50 Cent, Alicia Keys and more are said to weighing up whether to support the Writers Guild Of America and not turn up.

The ceremony is amongst the many awards shows under threat of cancellation because of the WGA strike after the music world pledged their support too.
A source told the New York Daily News: “The writers are especially interested in artists who might perform on the show. If they pull out, the show comes apart.”

However, the WGA say that they have yet to make a final decision about their stance on the Grammys.

The ceremony is due to take place in Los Angeles on February 10

Bueno yo no estoy muy interesada en los grammys, pero de acuerdo a esta nota, es probable que The White Stripes no se presenten ..es una pena ya que con la actual situación de la banda, que decidieron cancelar sus giras, pues cualquier ocasión es buena para verlos en vivo y en televisión ..

La huelga de escritores y guionistas en estados unidos si que han calado fondo en espectaculos de renombre !
